If your product was damaged during transport or does not match the one you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please also email us photos of the shipment (with a legible label) and the product where the damage can be clearly seen.

We will deal with your complaint as a matter of priority and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.


Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase contract and at the same time you are also entitled to an exchange of goods or a refund.

The goods you want to return should be undamaged, if possible in the original and undamaged packaging with all accessories. In case of damage or excessive use of the product or damage to the original packaging, the store reserves the right to charge a deduction when returning the purchase value of the product.

Before sending the goods back to our address, do not forget to check (e.g. in the order confirmation that you received by e-mail) that you bought the product in our online store. If you send us a product that is not ours, we will not be responsible for your mistake and will not return the package.

We recommend sending by registered mail – in the event of a lost package, we will still be able to resolve your complaint based on proof of delivery via tracking number.

The costs for transporting the shipment to our address are covered by the sender. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Once our claims department receives your package, a new product will be sent as a replacement or the purchase price will be refunded within 8 working days.
